What do I need to be a Vendor Partner with TopCart? (Requirements)
Registered Business: To partner with TopCart, you must be a registered business with the necessary legal documentation and retain full ownership of the goods you intend to supply to TopCart.
High-Quality Products: TopCart only accepts brand-new, high-quality products for which you hold full ownership. We do not currently accept second-hand items, low-quality products, F&B products, or fashion items.
Warehousing: We require that vendors store their products in our central warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management and seamless logistics. This helps us deliver a premium experience to our customers. If warehousing with us isn't feasible for you, please contact our vendor support team to explore alternative options.
Agreement to TopCart's Terms: Vendors must agree to our terms, including our service level agreements (SLAs) and margin structure, to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.
How to become a TopCart vendor
Create an Account -Register with valid business registration number, address, & bank details. Click here to sign up.
Evaluation and onboarding - you are vetted to meet high standards driving consistency and reliability across the marketplace.
Upload product catalogue - Upload a catalogue with the products you intend to sell with TopCart and their base costs.
Activate Your Account - Once approved, access the full suite of tools and guides on your vendor dashboard.

Upon registration, your submission will be reviewed within 2 to 5 business days and further feedback will be provided on the shared email address.
Inventory Management
Product Uploads
Provide accurate and detailed product information, including descriptions, images, videos and specifications. A well-crafted listing helps attract potential customers.
Storage and Shipping
TopCart provides complete inventory management, pick & pack services, fulfilment and last-mile delivery at cost-effective rates.
Warehousing
Vendor Partners receive 2 months free warehousing for all inventory, significantly reducing overhead costs. Inventory age is measured on a FIFO basis, with any inventory held longer than 2 months incurring long-term storage costs
Account Management
Collection & Processing fees
Vendor Partners that request collection of products from their place of business to the warehouse will be required to pay a collection fee to cover the cost of transport. There are nominal fees for processing stock and any extra order packaging required.
Payment Cycle
Summary of payment process
As a TopCart vendor, we prioritise prompt payments. Your payments are released after your product is reviewed ensuring product quality.
Our payment cycle initiates when your product is picked up/dropped off at the warehouse, and you can expect to receive your payment in as fast as 7* days. Payments are securely transferred directly to your registered bank account, with TopCart fees deducted accordingly.
